The short version: ClaimArmor is an organizing tool, not your lawyer. Here is what that means in practice.
What ClaimArmor is
ClaimArmor is a software tool for organizing a workers' compensation claim. It helps you record what happened, keep documents together, track appointments and dates, and work through a checklist. That is the whole of the service.
What ClaimArmor is not
ClaimArmor is not a law firm, not a medical provider, and not an insurance company. We do not represent you, we do not give legal or medical advice, and using ClaimArmor does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone.
Educational information only
Guides, checklists and Scribori answers are general educational information. They are not advice about your specific claim, and they are not a substitute for speaking to a licensed attorney or a medical professional about your situation.
The attorney directory
ClaimArmor does not rank attorneys, does not recommend one attorney over another, and does not guarantee that any firm will take your case or that your claim will succeed. Listings marked Sponsored have paid for placement; that is a placement arrangement only and is never a judgement about quality. Choosing a lawyer is your decision.
Your account
Keep your password private and give accurate information — the tool is only as useful as what you put into it. You are responsible for activity under your account. Please do not upload anyone else's records without their permission.
Availability
We work to keep ClaimArmor running and your data safe, but the service is provided as-is, without warranties. Always keep your own copies of important documents and never rely on ClaimArmor as your only record or as a reminder for a legal deadline.
