ClaimArmor holds information about one of the more stressful moments in someone's working life. This page explains, in plain language, what we store and who can see it.
What we collect
Only what you enter or upload: your name and email, the claim details you record (employer, injury information, dates, claim numbers, adjuster and attorney contacts), the documents you choose to upload, your checklist and appointment entries, and your Scribori conversations.
How your information is protected
Sensitive claim fields, uploaded files and AI conversations are encrypted before they are stored. Every record belongs to the account that created it, and the server checks your session on every request, so other users cannot read your claim, your documents or your messages.
Scribori
When you ask the assistant a question, the claim information in your account — and any document you explicitly select — is sent to our AI provider to generate the answer. Your data is not used to train public models. If you would rather not share a document with the assistant, simply do not select it.
Attorney contact requests
Nothing is shared with a law firm unless you ask us to. Before a request is created we show you the exact list of fields that would be shared and let you untick any of them. Your uploaded documents, medical records, AI conversations, notes, claim timeline and payment records are never included.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, we do not post it publicly, and we do not share it with employers or insurers.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your claim entries, documents and conversations at any time from inside the app. If you would like your account removed entirely, contact us and we will take care of it.
ClaimArmor is a claim organization and workflow tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Information provided here is educational only and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney or medical professional.
