Common questions
- How do I get started?
- Create a free account, then open My Claim and fill in what you know — the date of injury, your employer and a short description are enough to begin. You can add the rest later.
- Is my information private?
- Yes. Sensitive claim fields, uploaded files and AI conversations are encrypted before they are stored, and every record belongs only to the account that created it.
- What can Scribori do?
- It reads the claim information in your own account — including documents you select, such as scans and photographed letters — and answers questions or suggests what to organize next. It gives general educational information, not legal or medical advice.
- Do attorneys see my claim?
- Only if you ask them to. Before any contact request is created, ClaimArmor shows you the exact fields that would be shared and lets you untick any of them. Your documents, medical records, AI conversations, notes and timeline are never included.
- Can I change my email address?
- Not in the app yet. Your email is how you sign in, so changing it needs identity re-verification that we have not built yet. Contact us and we can help.
- I forgot something important — can ClaimArmor remind me?
- Add it to Appointments or your Timeline and it will show on your dashboard. Please keep your own records too, and never rely on ClaimArmor alone for a legal deadline.
